Summary:
The Sr. Customer Engineer is responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining the IT infrastructure using the latest technology. He/she ensures all the IT systems that support businesses of any size to function efficiently.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the TSG in carrying out Project Implementations, POC, Heath Checks (Maintenance) & 24x7
  • Support for customers such as: Identifying, Installing and Configuring Hardware & Software Solution
  • Troubleshooting technical issues & diagnosing and repairing faults
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
  • Managing multiple cases at one time
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies
  • Manage day-to-day implementation activities
  • Provide mentoring and support to department colleagues, as necessary
  • Contribute to the execution of improvement plans to achieve increased customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties and functions deemed necessary for TIM Technical Support unit
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Must be a graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any computer related course.
Experience:
  • Prior experience in Tech Support for Intel x86 Servers, Midrange to Enterprise Storage, Third-Party Backup such as NBU, ARCSERCVE or VEEAM.
  • Experience in Virtualization platform such as VMware, Nutanix AOS, HyperV.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Certification in Servers, Storage, VMware, Nutanix, Arcserve, Veeam is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, problem solver, interpersonal and team-oriented
