Job Description





Responsbilities
Manage and lead a team of customer service officers
Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of customer service
Improve overall customer service and customer satisfaction
Review customer service KPI and ensure the team is in line with company standards and objectives
Monitor and keep track of team KPIs and service standards
Attend and manage customer compliants and queries
Recommend and implement improvement measures
Preparation of management reports and updates


Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
At least 3 - 5 years of customer service experience
Prior working experience in retail and beauty industry would be an added advantage
