1. Perform Civil/Structure engineering design work for
Good Class Bungalows.
2. Analysis on structural components with engineering software.
3. Experience in structural design with BS/EU code of practice for bungalows.
4. To design efficiently and economically the structural concept design.
5. To attend client / consultant / contractor meetings.
6. To liaise with Government authorities pertaining to the approval.
7. Reporting to Project Director / Management.
Job Requirements
:-
Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree.
Professional Degreee in Engineering (Civil & Structural) or equivalent, recognised by Professional Engineering Board of Singapore.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Passionate ot design and create.
Good working Attitude, Self-Motivated and Independent.
Familiar with Local Design Standard and Code.
Well-versed in various design software, Tekla Tedds, Staad, Plaxis, Esteem, Midas, AutoCad, GStarCAD, etc.
Salary package shall depends on candidates' working experiences and qualifications.
