Responsibilities: * Develop lubricant products that meet the needs of chief engineers and affiliates. * Receive new raw material to modify existing and new product blend formulation for lubrican Responsibilities: Develop lubricant products that meet the needs of chief engineers and affiliates. Receive new raw material to modify existing and new product blend formulation for lubricants. Perform beaker blends and check the performance of trial oil. Analysis and study the trial oil results and identifies ways to improve it until it meet target performance. Evaluate new raw materials to determine if they can be used in our products. Responsible for tabulating results of formulation studies and make research reports Make the customer test samples to affiliates Make necessary equipment purchase. Work on special test requests/requirements from regional sales personnel. Understand purpose of requests and work on samples then send results to affiliates within deadlines. Co-operate with other laboratory testing staff to upkeep the analytical instruments and housekeeping in the laboratory. Uphold and observe the safety requirements of the laboratory. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management Requirements: Only Singaporean The person who have experience in product development, not limited to lubricant oil Minimum Bachelor of Science in Chemistry The person who has willing to work longer term in same company. Knowledge in Chemical. Analytical minded, meticulous with good time management and communication skills. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Work well with people of all levels and must be a team player.
