Job Description

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.

He/She is responsible for ensuring the maintenance regime planned in Air Liquide is executed in accordance with AL group practices. He/ She will be responsible to come out with the maintenance strategies (which includes all telemetry equipment, SCADA Control system, analyzers, PLC system), procedures and methods to ensure the site work is carried out safely. He/ She will need to ensure the related spares are available at all times during the equipment life cycle and attend to emergency activation during equipment breakdowns/ complaints from Customers.
He/ She will be working together with the respective project/operations engineers, contractors, vendors, corridor operator to execute and coordinate the maintenance activities or emergency repairs.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Maintenance Management:

Develop and implement effective Maintenance Plan Regime, Safety and Quality plans for Pipeline Maintenance activities in accordance with Air Liquide Group Practices and IMS procedures.

Prepare the deliverable (such as technical solution, scope, planning, risks, etc.) maintenance strategies, procedures and methods of executing Maintenance Works on AL pipeline and assets (include E&I instrumentation equipment/devices).

Work closely with Project/ Operations/ Industrial Information Technology (IIT) Engineer during the project design/development phase to ensure the technical specifications and requirements are in line with existing procedures.

Ensure the compliance of in house IMS rules and regulatory requirements are strictly followed and adhered to.

Maintenance Execution:

Manage the Maintenance work on sites/ carried out by vendors/ contractors to ensure it is executed safely, correctly and achieve the maintenance KPI\'s, as defined based on AL group practices, industrial standards, etc.

Ensure contractors are briefed and trained to execute according to the maintenance regime planned and develop alternative back-up schedules in the event the site work does not proceed according to original planning.

Evaluate and select in house vendors/ contractors together with Purchasing-dept.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the quality and integrity of the system are not compromised.

Achieve Excellence in installed and recommissioning of the system (PLC and Analyzer) after the maintenance work.

Lead in digitization initiative, participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all equipment reliability issues and proposed corrective & preventive action plan.

\xe2\x80\x8bSafety / Quality Assurance / Risk Management:

Ensure safety plans are adequate for contractors to work safely on-site and attend all customers and contractors Safety meetings while carrying out maintenance work at sites.

Maintain good documentation records of the maintenance records for AL Pipelines, metering skids and assets for traceability and IMS requirements.

Are you a MATCH?

Possess a Degree in Engineering with 4-5 years of relevant working experience is preferred

Possess the hands-on experience in maintenance of all Electrical & Field measuring instrument\'s calibration, loop checking and troubleshooting etc.

Familiar with Pipeline Maintenance Activities and Analyzers Calibrations

Knowledge & interest with network protocols (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, RADIO/Wireless technologies), basic programming knowledge in VB/VBA/PLC and SCADA systems
will be an advantage

Good team player, analytical and problem solver/solution focused mindset, customer-centric, and an effective communicator
