Job description Work Location: STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd 5A Serangoon North Avenue 5 Singapore 554574 As an Engineer accountable for the introduction of new product inside the Power Transistor Sub Group, you will be mainly responsible Job description Work Location: STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd 5A Serangoon North Avenue 5 Singapore 554574 As an Engineer accountable for the introduction of new product inside the Power Transistor Sub Group, you will be mainly responsible for the characterization and qualification of Power Modules products including inside MOSFET, IGBT and WBG technologies. The job holder will be involved in characterization laboratory activities such as: - Testing program development and debug - Static characterization either at wafer and package level - Data analysis and reporting - PCB design and development. Profile Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field. 3+ years of direct work experience in a semiconductor Final Test environment preferably as a Test DevelopmentEngineer (ETS88 ATE platform). Experience/knowledge in new product characterization and qualification. Understand the semiconductor Front-End and Back-End manufacturing processes. Knowledge for theMOSFETand IGBT productsKnowledge for the Wide Band Gap products such as SiliconCarbide and Gallium Nitride is considered a plus. Experience with industry standard Automated Test Equipment Teradyne ETS88 (mainly(, SPEA, TESEC. Test Software development experience & skills, including knowledge of C/C++. Knowledge of statistical method and process control. PCB Hardware design knowledge & trouble shooting skills. Excellent communication skills as well as detail-oriented work ethic.
