Implement sustainability framework, strategies and priorities and establish goals in consultation with senior management and stakeholders
Verify sustainability policies, strategies and priorities align with KSL’s long-term sustainability goals
Provide feasibility analysis for the implementation of sustainability projects
Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives / projects across KSL and conduct regular stakeholder engagement meetings to ensure objectives are met
Implement/Coordinate sustainability centric communication and engagement plans to effectively communicate and raise awareness amongst external and internal stakeholders.
Research on global and local sustainability practices, benchmark KSL's ESG program against best practices, and integrate recommendations into KSL’s ESG objectives and policy.
Performance Management and Reporting
Monitor and evaluate ESG projects and processes to ensure compliance with relevant standards and/or guidelines and identify areas where ESG performance can be improved
Develop and operationalize sustainability reporting, including creating dashboards, data collection, data analysis etc.
Monitor and communicate ESG performances across KSL’s group of businesses and operations.
Prepare sustainability reports for the Group and be responsible for sustainability reporting by providing relevant write-ups and data.
Job Requirement
Degree in the area of sustainability or environmental management / science or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably relating to sustainability / investor relations
Good understanding of ESG and how it impacts business and operations
Prior auditing experience will be an added advantage, especially with experience in carbon and sustainability audits.
Proficient in sustainability reporting in accordance with Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI) or any other globally recognized guidelines.
Hands-on and proactive attitude with focus on objectives and results
Reliable and independent working attitude
Strong analytics and project management skills to track progress
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
