Excellent Welfare & Benefits Job Scope Responsible for developing business plan & sales strategy for the Export markets assigned (export sales, co-pack, private label) to achieve growth in market share, volume & revenue while ensuring profitability in line with company's objectives Build good customer relations of self & team to ensure customer satisfaction, which helps in maintaining existing/new customers Periodical reviews of performance with distributors/customers, managing the targets, KPI and contracts and to discuss collaborative solutions to achieve growth Evaluate the capability of a new potential customer/distributor before signing of contract/agreement Collect & evaluate market information on competitors, market behavior and develop action plans Responsible for improving visibility/shelf space of our products at all channels in the market Analyze P&L and sales revenue from individual customer/distributor Maintains records of contracts, marketing activities, pricings, etc. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and Code of Business Conduct Requirement Diploma / Degree in Business Management or equivalent 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience Candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume: Work experiences and job responsibilities Current and Expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Education background We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
