Job Description


  • Responsible for the serviceability of training equipment, premises and facilities safety
  • Plan, direct and deliver training and development programme / activities for staff
  • Conduct review of existing training courseware, and development solutions to improve service standards and the effectiveness of existing training curriculum
  • Design and develop e-Learning content.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and keep abreast on latest regulations pertaining to training requirements and grant issues
  • Conduct stand-up technical training when required

Requirement:
  • Degree in Engineering with at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably with certified in WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using IT tools and software such as Microsoft Office 365 and Articulate software will be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with the use of Learning Management Systems
  • A team-player with excellent problem solving, interpersonal, analytical and writing skills.
