Job Description

:

As a Senior Executive (Campaigns Operations), you are responsible for driving operational excellence in campaigns execution. You will lead a team of operations associates and oversee the day-to-day app digital operations for FairPrice digital business.

You will be the go-to person between key campaign stakeholders, and ensure delivery of campaigns across FairPrice digital business. You will need to review campaigns incoming requests from stakeholders prior to allocation for execution.

Your key goals will be to ensure operational excellence in the execution of campaigns, in terms of timely delivery, zero-defect, as well as employee satisfaction.

To achieve this, you are expected to improve existing campaign processes, by measuring, analyzing, improving and monitoring the different SOPs, using a LeanSixSigma approach.

You will work closely with the tech team to optimize and improve the operational efficiency of our systems. You will also work closely with national category buyers, marketplace account managers, marketing teams and technical support & customer service teams to further improve campaigns execution excellence.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Be familiar with lean six-sigma approach and is skilled in identifying risks, errors, or defects in a business process and removing them
  • Familiar with optimising tools and SOPs to ensure lean operations high campaign throughput
  • Create productivity monitoring metrics (example: hours to set-up campaigns, number of campaigns churned-out, zero-default campaign, etc etc)
  • Responsible for putting in place effective procedures to minimise errors
  • Drive necessary changes for the improvement of operating and organisational efficiency of the team
  • Ensure that department needs are correctly prioritised in order to ensure the correct prioritised allocation of resources
Campaigns
  • Lead the operations team to ensure timely delivery and proper execution of campaigns and promotions
  • Main point of contact between Platform campaign PICs, marketing, buyers and operations team to coordinate and ensure campaign execution is flawless
  • Manage requests coming in from stakeholders and ensure timeline and processes are adhered to
  • Review the campaign calendar to ensure campaign efficiency and manpower capacity
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all requests and actions taken
Training
  • Conduct formal training sessions upon initial hire and ongoing refresher course
  • Ensure guides for internal teams and external teams are refreshed regularly with Platform capabilities and processes
  • Support end-to-end testing for new enhancements on platform's user interface and experience
Qualifications:
  • Degree with minimum 3 years of project management or customer service lead experience and preferably within a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Lean six sigma certification is an added advantage
  • Applicants must have a proven and successful experience driving positive change and influencing enhanced performance
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent business acumen and interpersonal and communication skills
  • Applicants must have an ability to think creatively and strategically, have the ability to multi-task and work comfortably under pressure, to identify issues and work to resolve them and have an ability to operate effectively under pressure and deliver results
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
  • Project Management experience with an eye for details
