RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the FairPrice Digital Business team, we are continuously improving the way people buy their groceries online, to bring the best experience to our customers. Your role will consist of You will work on impactful initiatives that will enable our customers to search, browse and explore our product catalogue seamlessly, directly impacting customer’s experience & satisfaction. You will also interact closely with various business partners (product tech, data science, UX design & research, e-merchandise, marketplace etc.).

  • Initiate, plan and execute data-driven strategies with the goal to improve product discovery and search relevancy
  • Work in close collaboration with the data science and product team to optimize search & browse algorithms results
  • Work in close collaboration with the performance marketing team to optimize SEO ranking through content strategy
  • Develop sets of product complex attributes with the goal to improve search results, enhance user personalization or improve filter relevance
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to obtain product complex attributes on SKU level

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, management or related fields
  • 2 years of professional experience in one of the following fields: E-commerce, FMCG, CPG, management consulting; background in start-up environment is preferred
  • Exceptional analytical skills; proven experience managing large amounts of data, including experience in SQL; knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio) and knowledge of R / Python languages are a plus
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn are the most important!
