Job Description


JOB SCOPE AND DUTIES

1. FINANCE ADMINISTRATION 1.1 Assist in maintaining full sets of accounts 1.2 Preparing accounts schedules 1.3 Assist in preparation of GST returns for quarterly submission 1.4 Assist in audit exercises 1.5 Generating invoices, preparing payment vouchers/ petty cash vouchers 1.6 Liaison with treasurers, auditors, and bankers

2. HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION 2.1 Assist in staff recruiting and appointment process 2.2 Assist in preparation and submission of claims for staff training grant 2.3 Assist in handling staff-related insurance

3. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION 3.1 Maintain inventory of office supplies 3.2 Assist in handling office and business insurance 3.3 Provide support to ASMI\xe2\x80\x99s events as and when required 3.4 Undertake special ad-hoc duties as and when assigned 3.5 Oversee project management such as office renovation administrative matters

Salary range: S$2,500 \xe2\x80\x93 S$3,500
