Roles & Responsibilities As a member of the Marketing Communications Team, you will be responsible for the marketing communications functions for Paragon.
Responsibilities:

• Enhance customer experience through mall-wide promotions and events to drive patron’s traffic and increase tenant’s sales
• Plan and execute all A&P campaigns, events and other related promotional activities for the mall
• Manage and lease advertising sites and events space
• Update and maintain mall’s website, social and digital media
• Support and track marketing budget
• Build and maintain good relationship with tenants and garnet their participation in mall marcom activities
• Liaise with advertising agencies, tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful launches of all project and events
• Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of marcom activities and make recommendation and adjustment to marketing strategies
• Collaborate with Group marcom initiatives as required
• Provide administrative and operational support to Marketing Communications team

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing/ mass communication or relevant discipline
• 1 to 2 years experience in retail mall, social media platforms and digital marketing will be advantageous
• Creative, resourceful, meticulous and able to multi-task
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong in written and oral communication
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work on weekends or overtime when required
