Responsibilities

• Drive the business objectives of the home (TV / Broadband / HomeHub / StarHub Go) business.
• Drive adoption of Online sales
• Manage agencies and media partners including performance management, budgeting and deadlines.
• Develop marketing communications across various channels consistent with the brand guidelines, and create content that are relevant to the target audience
• Applies knowledge of marketing communication tactics in selecting the right platforms for the project and ensures the successful completion of the campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all marketing activities against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key challenges.
• Support to drive brand love and meaningful partnerships to engage the key segments.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business Administration.
• Preferably 2-3 years of proven experience managing large scale advertising campaigns across all aspects of the marketing mix
• Strong understanding and application of digital marketing
• Experience in managing agencies and media partners including performance management, budgeting and deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate, present and connect with stakeholders across all levels
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize business unit objectives & issues, consumer/competitive/industry insights, to develop marketing campaigns that create brand awareness and consideration and drive business KPI (new subscribers/ retention)
