Job Description
Our client is one of the largest MNC developers in Singapore now and is looking for a high-caliber individual to assume the role to bring their operations to the next level.
Some insights into what they are looking for:
Responsibilities:
- The planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns and the measurement of ROI and KPIs.
- Prepare monthly reports for internal audits, analyze post-campaign data, and monitor campaign activities on a day-by-day basis.
- Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful running of the mall\'s projects.
- To drive sales by planning, initiating, and executing joint initiatives with tenants.
- Engage in online and offline marketing activities using social media platforms.
- Continually monitor social channels for insights that can enhance brand and customer experience.
- Maintain and update digital and social media content.
- Proactively market in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue for the mall.
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related.
- 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Creative individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Marketing Digital Tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Prior knowledge of AEM and SAP will be a plus.
