Primary Responsibilities * General project administration covering documentation, categorization and control, project meetings, work orders management and secretarial duties. * Filing of documents * Track and follow up on projects payment Primary Responsibilities General project administration covering documentation, categorization and control, project meetings, work orders management and secretarial duties. Filing of documents Track and follow up on projects payment Process invoices and liaise with Finance for payment Manage Department Head's calendar and scheduling of internal and external meetings Travel arrangement including arranging air ticket, hotel and visa for Department Head and department staff Manage travel expense claims for Department Head and department staff Assist with basic research on internet Assist with preparation of meeting presentations using MS Excel and Powerpoint Assist with onboarding and off-boarding logistics for new and resigned staff respectively Day to day administrative duties and support to department Procurement and inventory control for department stationery Any other duties assigned Job Requirements Minimum 'O' Level At least 5 years of experience in administrative or secretarial work Competent in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Team-player with positive attitude and ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment
