Manage and ensure timely, accurate month end closing and year end closing including review and submission of financial statements and management reports
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and commentaries
Prepare monthly cashflow reports and variance analysis
Support in preparation of budget and forecast
Manage capex expenditure and tracking
Review and submission of GST reports
Liaise with external auditor in statutory audit and ensure compliance of statutory reporting
Liaise with corporate secretary and manage corporate secretarial matters
Liaise with tax agent in company income tax matters
Assist in internal audit
Handle finance daily operations including liaise with various internal and external parties on finance related matters
Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
