You will be a part of HPB\xe2\x80\x99s Finance Department, which is responsible for accounting, financial planning, reporting and managing all finance related activities.

What You Can Expect

As a member of the Finance Department, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Review grants and its supporting documents to ensure accuracy of accounting records
• Monitor invoices & grants to ensure prompt payment
• Perform analysis of claims expenditures, identify and highlight any abnormalities to Management.
• Assist in closing and prepare audit schedules for Accounts Payable.
• Ensure compliance to regulations, policies and internal controls, and adhering to Accounting Standards
• Liaise with division users and vendors
• Assist in audit queries
• Provide secretarial & administrative support to the Director (including scheduling meetings and managing Director\xe2\x80\x99s calender).
• Perform related duties as necessary

Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable and claims. You should also enjoy working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:

• Diploma in Accountancy with 3 to 4 years of Accounts Payable & claims experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and Words
• Knowledge of Workday Accounting System is beneficial
• Meticulous, good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision under tight timelines and high volume
