This position will provide transactional HR support to the assigned Business Unit(s).
Job Responsibilities
Support local and regional HR activities such as recruitment and selection, onboarding, in-service support and exit management of employees.
Handle payroll responsibilities for the overseas entities assigned.
Support cyclical Group HR programs such as the annual Performance Appraisal and Compensation Review exercises.
Support the review of policies and streamline HR work processes.
Provide HR administrative support, e.g. preparation of letters and maintenance of personnel files.
Assist in ad hoc projects from time to time.
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resource or related disciplines.
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Possess organisational ability, meticulous, good interpersonal and strong follow up skills, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
