Job Description



The Role


This position will provide transactional HR support to the assigned Business Unit(s).

Job Responsibilities


  • Support local and regional HR activities such as recruitment and selection, onboarding, in-service support and exit management of employees.
  • Handle payroll responsibilities for the overseas entities assigned.
  • Support cyclical Group HR programs such as the annual Performance Appraisal and Compensation Review exercises.
  • Support the review of policies and streamline HR work processes.
  • Provide HR administrative support, e.g. preparation of letters and maintenance of personnel files.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects from time to time.

Job Requirements


  • Degree in Human Resource or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess organisational ability, meticulous, good interpersonal and strong follow up skills, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
