Overview
The incumbent for this role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of human resource matters pertaining to people central and people experience functions. This includes the coordination, management and administering of work pass related system. The incumbent will be reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and/or Human Resource Manager in the execution and coordination of Human Resource Department and management initiatives. People Central Function

  • Oversee the Human Resource (HR) operations matters include movement, industrial relations, HR system, analytics, and reporting.
  • Oversee and manage myMOM portal to ensure compliance, accuracy and timely reporting to Ministry of Manpower relates to employment pass matters. Serve as key point of contact for staff and new hires on mobility related matters include employment pass, payroll, and taxation matters.
  • Provide industrial relations advice to stakeholders and ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures in managing staff grievance and staff disciplinary issues.
  • Coordinate and administer external and internal audit related to HR matters.
  • Ensure periodically review in related policies and guidelines. Keep abreast with the latest changes in labour law and ensure company adapts accurately and timely.
  • Organize and maintain integrity of all staff file and database, ensuring strict confidentiality for efficient operation.
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating the HR reporting function to support the business needs of the Department. The role supports HR objectives by identifying, creating, and analysing data, information, and reports to make recommendations and improve organisational capability.
People Experience
  • Establish and facilitate effective internal communication and analyse the target audience receptions/feedback.
  • Support, maintain and collaborate with stakeholders to take strategic staff engagement approach to promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Establish and maintain measurement standards to provide meaningful information that will guide continual improvement and further increase staff engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Manage and oversee the on/off boarding process and conduct new employee orientation program. Conduct follow-up sessions periodically with new employees to engage and retain them.
  • Supports the implementation of initiatives, communications, and special project to engage alumni of all ages.
  • Support the management initiatives to foster diversity and inclusion in workplace.
Bachelors Degree
