Ensure that IT Services are delivered in accordance with ITIL and contractual agreement
Manage relationships with stakeholders including business unit leaders, users, vendors and suppliers
Work closely with IT service desk to ensuring that all incidents and requests are resolved quickly and effectively.
To ensure Monthly report provided by the vendor achieve agreed SLA
Monitor the quality of IT Services and work with ITD to take corrective action to improve service delivery when required
Keep track and manage IT Budget to ensure the IT Services are delivered within budget
Process Vendor Payment including raising PR, PO and invoice settlement.
Accountable for ensuring monthly reporting through updated Tracker
Work closely with IT Policy & Process owners to ensure that the document is updated periodically
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Good experience in manging procurement activities
Experience in procurement, budgeting preparation and/or IT business operations
Good Knowledge of SAP and Esker will be advantage.
Good understanding of ServiceNow
