Job Purpose
The Executive, Partner Recruitment will be responsible to support the daily sales operations for our Taxi fleet. This position will be working closely with the Plans & Product, Marketing & Communications, Credit and Billing and Fleet Management.
Responsibilities
1. Key Performance Indicators
a. Recruit quality drivers for Taxis and PHVs
b. Recruit applicants for Hirer/Relief
c. Conduct sales activities to achieve vehicle hired-out rate
d. Conduct Briefing at LHUB to trainees of TDVL classes according to LHUB\'s schedule
e. Distributing Flyers and engage with drivers of other operators
f. Attend to enquiries and follow-up with potential sales leads
g. Meet individual KPI
h. Meet team KPI
2. Customer Service
a. Ensure service excellence towards customers
b. Handle enquiries and feedback professionally and ensure resolution of these cases
c. Ensure customers are given appropriate response within stipulated time frame
d. Work with other departments to ensure customer feedback is resolved
3. Productivity Movements
a. Participate in Kaizen projects to improve work processes and practices
b. Participate in Staff Suggestion Scheme, 5S and other department committees
4. Others
a. Consolidate & Submission of Daily Recruitment report
b. Allocation of Taxis and PHVs
c. Register drivers for E-Learning prior to vehicle collection and ensure courses are completed prior to vehicle collection
d. Monitor and update market intelligence
e. Calls up hirers\' whose vehicles are due for scrap to consider change of vehicle or change of scheme.
f. Maintain proper documentation for hirer/relief application
g. Maintain close contact with drivers and hirer/relief applicants
h. Track and maintain records of voucher issuance to various promotions
i. Assists to propose new schemes
5. Additional Functions
a. With company\'s new directions geared towards electrification of fleet, learnt to troubleshoot issues for drivers and advise drivers of steps to take in order to resolve basic charging issues
b. Assist to implement some marketing initiatives such as Carousell and advertise vehicle availability and promotions.
c. Preparing slides for meetings and preparing documents for E-Sign.
d. Tagging of vehicles for Limo operations, supporting process of relief application for Limo and prepare necessary documents for such requests.
e. Maintain optimal Limo fleet hired-out rate
f. To be stationed at various stations for recruitment of drivers
