Senior Executive, Sector Communications & Engagement

Job Description

  • Work in a team to build engagement of Community Care Partners through digital channels
  • Support the Team Lead in the management and site implementation of AIC's main digital engagement channels hosted on Workplace by Facebook and the AIC website. This will include: (i) membership management and technical support; (ii) exploring new tools to increase platform functionality and enhance user experience; (iii) mining data and insights to devise dashboard reports to refine content and operation strategy
  • Work with a team to build the communications infrastructure to support the timely dissemination, archival, and tracking analysis of advisories and guidelines to the community care sector
  • Manage the Partners Mailbox
  • Play a role in evaluating the effectiveness of team communication and engagement and recommend timely refinements, where required
  • Work closely with teammates to introduce new and novel ways of communicating to the sector, including use of videos and social media apps
  • Play a coordinating role in organising major annual events for the sector, such as the Community Care Work Plan Seminar and Community Care Day as well as regular events like webinars
  • Able to present the Department's plans to the senior management team, when required
  • Provide account management to assigned community care service providers to understand their strengths and provide support to facilitate their growth and development
Job Requirements
  • Minimum recognised degree in Digital Communications, Marketing Communications, or relevant areas
  • Preferred at least 1-2 years of experience in digital communications
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in Office 365 suites, Sharepoint2019 and web analytics
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital platforms is a plus
  • Prior experience with webinar tools, ability to troubleshoot on virtual events, broadcast/streaming technologies and live events is an asset
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • High level of responsiveness, sense of urgency, ability to operate on a highly pressurised and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong drive for results, ability to plan, track and follow through to deliver on aggressive deadlines
