The Role

This position will be proactively involved in strategic discussions and to support strategic initiatives where appropriate to position the Master of Nursing (MN) programme for growth, which includes collaborations and partnerships established with major stakeholders such as; Nursing and Medical Leaders from Healthcare Institutions, the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).



MN Clinical Practicum

• Coordinate arrangements for 30 weeks of clinical practicum by collaborating with various hospital partners
• Collaborate with healthcare institution partners (medical, nursing, education office) regularly for student\'s clinical practicum
• Ensure students\' issues handled and rectified within 24 hours
• Conduct students\' portfolio evaluation with PD and hospital partners every 10 weeks, and prepare for IMMS by result entry timeline
• Prepare invitation letters for preceptors, APN mentors, and process payments

MN OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination)

• Plan and organize invitations, trainings/meetings and logistics months before exam day
• Coordinate the MN Mock and Final OSCEs preparation activities, so that it is ready to be conducted by the projected exam day
• Process OSCE results within 1 week post exam to be ready by IMMS result dateline
• Arrange Mock OSCE student debrief session within 2 weeks post exam

Student Admission and Graduation

• Conduct MN Admission and Graduation exercise yearly within the timeframe
• Ensure admission exercise conducted yearly in according to Registrar Office\'s admission timeline
• Plan student orientation and order MN uniform for clinical sessions
• Coordinate graduation workflow as per registrar office timeline

MN Programme Evaluation & General programme matters

• Conduct programme evaluation from stakeholders i.e. students and employers
• Provide secretarial support for MN faculty meeting and MN APN Adjuncts
• Conduct Graduate Exit Survey and Employer Survey yearly
• Consolidate evaluation information for PD to complete the SNB Annual Report
• Coordinate MN meetings
• Other general matters relating to MN programme

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree with minimum of 3 years working experience in programme management
• Some knowledge on Singapore Healthcare system is a plus
• Some business development experience is a plus
