Responsibilities: * Develop sustainability policy, strategy, priorities and set goals/KPIs in consultation with management and stakeholders * Research and benchmark latest ESG/sustainability trends and recommended integration into corporate obj Responsibilities: Develop sustainability policy, strategy, priorities and set goals/KPIs in consultation with management and stakeholders Research and benchmark latest ESG/sustainability trends and recommended integration into corporate objectives and business operations Oversee and monitor sustainability initiatives/projects across the organization and conduct regular stakeholder engagement meetings to ensure objectives are met Develop sustainability engagement program and activities with external and internal audiences (government, industry, NGOs, institutions, suppliers, customers, community and team members) Effectively communicate and raise awareness on sustainability through engagement and outreach programs Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability/Environmental/Marketing related discipline or with at least 3 years of sustainability experience Good interpersonal skills and communicator with ability to influence in external and internal multiple cross-functional stakeholders and able to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment Proven track record in delivering sustainability strategies and improvement programmes in large scale and diverse operations Experienced in comprehensive Sustainability Reporting in accordance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines preferred.
