The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.
Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored on creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Manage benefit administration in a timely and accurate manner, which includes but not limited to processing staff benefit, medical claims and invoices, arranging medical assessments
Handle work injury reporting, updating of medical leave records, collating and submitting necessary documents for insurance claims and tabulating medical leave wages
Support in the planning and review of employee benefits, insurance renewals and other benefit initiatives/exercises/processes
Generate reports, analyse and monitor effectiveness of current benefit programs and make recommendations for improvement
Keep abreast of market practices as well as government regulations to ensure compliance
Liaise with staff, insurance broker and relevant stakeholders on matters pertaining to benefits
Support in other administrative duties
Other projects or relevant duties as assigned
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant employee benefit administration experience.
Good understanding of statutory requirements on employee benefits.
Meticulous, resourceful with an analytical mindset.
Possess initiative, and is an independent, systematic and a team player.
Positive attitude with ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft applications and HRIS systems.
