Roles & Responsibilities
Executive/Senior Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Department of Finance The appointee will be part of the Procurement team and will be responsible for duties primarily related to Procurement.
Responsibilities:-
- Assist with internal users\xe2\x80\x99 queries related to procurement.
- Processing of purchase requisitions including demand aggregate, term contracts, direct contracting documents etc in GeBIZ platform.
- Reviewing of Invitation to Quotation (ITQ), Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents prior to publication of these documents in GeBIZ platform.
- Assist in some aspect of Invitation of Tender (ITT) matters.
- Publish ITQ/RFQ/ITT documents in GEBIZ platform.
- Download/route submission of bids to evaluation team.
- Preview ITQ/RFQ evaluation report and process ITQ/RFQ award in GeBIZ platform.
- Process ITT award in GeBIZ platform.
- Update information required in Procurement Database.
- Assist in any other procurement related functions when required.
Requirements:-
- A recognised Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good team player who is self-motivated and can complete task within deadlines set
- Able to work independently
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess problem solving skills
Location: Singapore Polytechnic
Duration: 2 Jan 2024 to 29 Nov 2024 (11 months)
Salary: $4000 to $4500
