Job Description

:
- Data entry of AR, AP and other related transactions
- Handle donations related updates
- Prepare and maintain various schedules and reconciliation reports
- Administer banking transactions including internet banking
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, accounting standards, corporate governance and other regulatory requirements
- Assist to pull reports and updates of supporting information
- Any other additional projects and responsibilities may be assigned if need be, from time to time
- Has experience in AR, AP and relevant working experience in accounting function
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Meticulous with an aptitude for figures
- Min Diploma in Accounting/Finance, ACCA or its equivalent professional qualifications
