Learn more at .ABOUT YOUR ROLEYou will be part of the Corporate Function, and play an important role as Real Estate Partner to Business teams across all divisions in Asia Pacific.You will be working in a collaborative, dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have exposure to a wide variety of real estate areas.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDEManage the Company\xe2\x80\x99s real estate transactions in Asia Pacific, including real estate contract negotiations for offices, production sites, and land. Consult and assist internal partners (including heads of business units, countries, and functions) in defining needs, requirements, and outcomes.Steer and supervise external partners including real estate brokers and cooperate with authorities.Lead real estate projects such as expansion and relocation, lease acquisition or renewal, sublease, redevelopment and disposal of land and buildings required to align with line of business and company business plans.Provide transactional oversight for leases, purchases, expansions, renewals. Proactively monitor lease milestones and expirations, coordinate strategic plans with business unit stakeholders in the region.Direct the activities and review negotiation strategies of our service provider team (such as real estate brokers and consultants) for the acquisition and disposition of real property. Maintain close contacts to external real estate consultants in the region.Ensure the proper, complete and timely completion of all transactions and projects in accordance with applicable processes, guidelines, and governance standards.Support real estate due diligence in major M&A and investment projects.Maintain and monitor real estate database and ensure the completeness and quality of real estate data in a timely manner.QualificationsWHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOUYou hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or any other related field.It is essential that you have a minimum 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience preferably in large multinational corporations and/or real estate brokerage, with experience across multiple countries in APAC.Experience across Commercial offices; Industrial and logistics and laboratories is helpful.Experience in Facilities Management; Project management and Change management are preferred.You master real estate principles, real estate financials, and brokerage partnerships.You have demonstrated success in leading real estate negotiations across multiple geographies, with good understanding on real estate practices/ statutory requirements in most Asia countries.You have Business and financial acumen required for real estate analysis and decision-making, as well as Company policy compliance.English, and other Asian languages e.g. Mandarin is preferred.Who you areYou are skilled at performing financial analysis and synthesizing information into clear business recommendations.You have the ability to oversee complex transactions from ideation to successful completion. Well-reasoned approach that combines strong analytics and excellent communications. Pragmatic approach to problem solving and deal structuring.You are experienced in building strong working relationships with internal and external business partners, and understanding and prioritizing key business objectives.You have a natural talent for identifying clear and actionable goals, establishing priorities and achieving measurable results. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.You have excellent organizational, analytical, written, and oral communication skills, including proven ability developing executive level presentations, often via MS Office or Google office.
