Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Senior HR & Admin Executive
- Working Location: Queensway
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday 9 am-6 pm, Saturday 9 am-1 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions & Admin support
- Able to understand business needs and translate it into manpower strategy and planning
- Accountable for performing and overseeing monthly payroll
- Up-to-date knowledge of government compliance requirements & available government grants
- Support administration of procurement month-end data posting
- Provide secretarial support to MD
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office is essential
