Carry out end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, staff development and employee relations
HR administration such as data entry, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation
Process monthly payroll
Assist in staff housing arrangement
Conduct staff orientation and educate employees regarding HR matters
Deliver timely and accurate data and reports
Support in company\'s events and employees\' welfare activities to promote positive working environment
Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
