Job Description

Requirement: . Conduct full cycle of recruitment process, including track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels . Generate monthly payroll accurately within a short timeline . Prepare Requirement: . Conduct full cycle of recruitment process, including track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels . Generate monthly payroll accurately within a short timeline . Prepare monthly reports (i.e. manpower cost, staff movement, etc) . Submit CPF and quarterly MOM Statistics reporting . Process the work pass application and/or renewal . Manage exist interview and process IR21 clearance if needed . Administer HR Systems (e-leave, TMS, etc) and annual performance appraisal process . Follow up on staff performance and confirmation . Handle and resolve staff grievances, if any . Arrange employee relations activities like D&D, town hall meeting, etc. . Conduct on boarding activities such as issuing uniform, signing employment contract, etc . Develop new HR policies if needed and periodically review and upkeep current HR policies . Submit IR8A submission on yearly basis . Renew Medical and WIC Insurance . Prepare monthly reports to Finance Job Requirements: . Minimum Diploma holders in Human Resources Management or related discipline . At least 5 years relevant working experience include minimum 2 years in a senior HR role . Possess good experience in recruitment and payroll management . Preferably with Timesoft Payroll experience
