We work with some of the biggest and most well-known global companies in the industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Senior Human Resource Generalist to join our growing human resource team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work in an international HR team, assisting in managing employees across multiple countries in APAC (mainly Singapore and Malaysia). Role and Responsibility The candidate will manage the following HR functions for employees across APAC with the support of an HR Business Partner. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for mid-level employees and below.
  • Localize and develop implement effective onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
Performance Management and Employee Development:
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Monitor career development plans and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Address employee relations matters, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee engagement and motivation.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement surveys, perform survey analysis, initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
Compensation and Benefits Administration:
  • Support compensation reviews, compensation strategy revisions and salary benchmarking exercises
  • Maintain and administer rewards and benefits packages
HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and ensure organizational compliance.
HR Data Management and Reporting:
  • Oversee HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR generalist with international experience, ideally in the Tech sector
  • Good understanding of employment-related regulations in Singapore and Malaysia, (bonus: India, Vietnam and Taiwan)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese language proficiency
  • Able to multi-task and work independently under a tight timeline
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Possess good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, HRIS, ATS
  • Possess cross-cultural fluency to work in an international organisation
