For our site in Singapore specialized, in the import/export, secondary packaging and labeling of clinical supplies, cold chain handling of temperature-sensitive products, and full returns and destruction management, we are looking for a Senior HR Generalist.

The Senior HR Generalist will report to the HR Director.

She/He will be the point of contact on-site for all HR matters.

The HR\xe2\x80\x99s function covers all HR activities from recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits service to employees, HR consultation to employees and business leaders, and liaison with key HR function in headquarter, e.g. talent development, organizational learning, performance management, HR systems, celebration platform, employee well-being, and etc.

The role

The Senior HR Generalist function covers the day-to-day human resources and administrative responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Workforce planning support for the site
• Attracting and selecting candidates in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team; hiring manager; contact with agencies; interviews; etc.
• Provide guidance to the talent management process, performance management process, compensation & benefits matters, ER issues
• Participate in site D&I programs
• Foreign employee work pass management
• Communicate specific issues to related employees/site leaders, etc.
• Point of contact for all HR matters on-site
• Audits
• Ad-projects

The candidate

• Min. 5 years of human resources experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Full knowledge of labor law and related regulations
• Self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Mature, and with good team spirit.
• Ability to evaluate and correct general organization problems/exercise good discretion and judgment when solving people issues and/ or handling information of a sensitive or confidential nature.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills/ ability to interact effectively with inside/ outside people through correspondence or phone both in English and Chinese (Chinese is optional).
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent team player
• Singapore passport holder or Singapore PR
