Oversee and enhance the organization's HR functions by developing, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and employee relations initiatives, including payroll vendor outsourcing projects.
Ensure adherence to all applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in Workday to support the monthly payroll process.
Manage payroll data, ensuring precise updates on new hires, terminations, and salary changes in the HRIS and payroll systems.
Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings related to compensation and benefits.
Handle the full scope of compensation and benefits administration, including insurance renewals, claims processing, payroll payments, performance bonuses, annual appraisals, and merit increments.
Support and maintain salary frameworks and job classifications, particularly for hourly-paid staff.
Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and market reviews to ensure competitive salary practices.
Administer compensation surveys and analyze findings to recommend pay adjustments.
Design, manage, and evaluate employee benefits programs such as medical and insurance coverage.
Liaise and negotiate with insurance and benefits providers to ensure value-for-money and comprehensive coverage.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries on compensation and benefits matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
Develop, update, and ensure consistent implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
Effectively communicate HR policies across the organization.
Contribute to TISAX audit readiness and compliance initiatives.
Participate in other HR projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10 to 15 years of relevant HR experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented, thorough, and analytical.
Possess a cheerful personality with a professional and pleasant demeanor.
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Solid understanding of the Employment Act and relevant labor legislation.
