From talent acquisition and development to employee engagement and performance management, our team works closely with the different teams in Write Edge to reach its goals in the Singapore market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated HR professional to become part of our growing team.
  • A successful candidate will be expected to work independently and collaborate closely with the HR manager and leadership team to execute various tasks.
  • We are looking for self starters who have an eye for detail and take pride in his/her work.
Key Responsibilities

Looking for a candidate to oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions and assist our HR managers in the following:

HR Administration
  • Oversee payroll management to ensure accurate and timely payment for all staff members.
  • Maintain up-to-date staff records, including personal information and employment details.
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific labor laws and regulations regarding employee compensation and benefits.
  • Apply / Administer governmental grants for claim submission
  • Overall IC to track claims, staff benefits and other rewards for staff
HR Communication Calendar
  • Develop and execute effective HR communication strategies to keep employees informed about important updates, policies, and organisational news.
Performance Management and Appraisal Execution
  • Plan and execute performance management process
  • Support leadership development through administration of 360 assessment & feedback tools
  • Administration of 360 assessment & feedback tools and employee engagement survey
  • Analyse employee engagement data to identify areas of improvement
  • Oversee the increment and bonus cycle, ensuring fair and consistent rewards for performance excellence.
Staff Retention, Culture and Employee Engagement
  • Collaborate with HR and management to design and implement attractive staff benefits packages.
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts promptly and fairly, ensuring a respectful and harmonious work environment.
  • Handle general employee relations and grievances, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Plan, coordinate and facilitate training courses such as employee orientation, in-house training programmes
  • Work with cross-dept trainers to deliver in-house training programmes
HR Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure company compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Employer Branding:
  • Champion our employer brand and ensure it is consistently communicated across all HR touchpoints and candidate interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop employer brand materials and initiatives.
  • Monitor and enhance our online presence as an employer, including social media and career websites.
Assist with Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, providing them with the tools and resources needed to excel in their roles.
  • Manage the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews, and identifying areas for improvement.
Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a HR generalist encompassing a full spectrum of HR operations in a similar role
  • Exhibit strong understanding of local laws and compliance standards
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in effectively handling employee relations
  • Proficient in Google Applications and tech-savvy
  • Display a high degree of responsiveness to HR-related needs
  • Strong administrative skills and stakeholder management ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Adept at multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess solid problem-solving abilities
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
Job Details:
  • Location: Tampines Plaza
  • Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
  • 2 days on site, 3 days WFH
