Job Description


1. Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure fair and equitable pay structures.
  • Design and oversee incentive programs, including bonuses and sales commissions, to drive performance and motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards in compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
  • Optimize employee benefits programs (e.g., insurance, wellness initiatives, leave policies) to enhance retention and job satisfaction.
2. HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
  • Align HR strategies with overall business goals to support organizational growth and scalability.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives, including talent forecasting and succession planning.
  • Drive HR transformation efforts by integrating automation, digital HR solutions, and process improvements.
  • Partner with senior leadership to strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and employer branding.
3. Performance Management & Talent Development
  • Oversee and enhance the performance review process, ensuring alignment with business and individual objectives.
  • Implement OKRs to track and improve employee performance across all levels.
  • Provide leadership coaching and succession planning for high-potential employees.
  • Develop and execute performance improvement plans (PIPs) and conduct regular performance audits.
4. Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through workshops, certifications, and digital learning platforms.
  • Identify skills gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and institutions to offer industry-specific training and development opportunities.
5. HR Metrics, Compliance & Governance
  • Leverage HR analytics to monitor compensation trends, turnover rates, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, fair pay practices, and workplace diversity regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to review and update HR policies, employment contracts, and compensation structures.
Requirements
  • Degree holder preferably in HR Management.
  • Minimum 5 years in managerial capacity
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, HR best practices, C&B analysis and training related function.
