Responsibilities:Recruitment and Human Resources
- Develop and execute the human resource policies including but not limited to talent sourcing, training, preserving, placement to achieve business goals and strategies
- Develop and execute the complete recruitment and onboarding structure including but not limited to the following: crafting recruiting mails to attract candidates, screening incoming applications, interview arrangements, preparing and distributing assignments to candidates, advertising job openings, sending job offer emails, monitoring HR metrics, onboarding process, etc.
- Ensure that all human resource policies and related systems are compliant to local laws and restrictions in Taiwan
- Payroll preparationOperational Support
- Backup support for onsite employees
- Customer service support with clients / stakeholdersOther ad hoc tasks assigned by stakeholders or managers.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php72,000.00 per monthBenefits:
