Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 A passionate HR that makes an impact to the organisation

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for HR operations in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Career Fairs, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Manpower Planning and Projects

\xc2\xb7 Ensure Recruitment activities are in accordance with TAFEP guidelines and equal employment opportunities

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding

\xc2\xb7 Partner with Institutions of Higher Learning

\xc2\xb7 Coach and guide hiring Managers

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and maintain HR reports

\xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 At least 10 to 12 years of HR operations experiences working in a similar capacity in an MNC

\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations

\xc2\xb7 Prior experience with HR Systems

\xc2\xb7 Preferably with Payroll experience

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees of all levels

\xc2\xb7 A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency

\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage demanding workload and \xe2\x80\x98hands-on\xe2\x80\x9d

\xc2\xb7 High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects

\xc2\xb7 Flexible and self-motivated with ability to work independently

\xc2\xb7 Monday to Friday, 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm

\xc2\xb7 Basic Salary \xef\xbc\x9a Up to $6500

\xc2\xb7 Location: Paya lebar
