: Summary: To provide HR service to a dedicated customer account in multi-functional HR tasks including HR business partnering, employee recruiting, training, labor affairs and other duties as required in APAC countries such as Sing : Summary: To provide HR service to a dedicated customer account in multi-functional HR tasks including HR business partnering, employee recruiting, training, labor affairs and other duties as required in APAC countries such as Singapore, Australia, Taiwan and India. Primary Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Involve in recruiting, selection and orientation of new personnel in accordance with policies and requirements that have been established in conjunction with management and in compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Drives business strategic growth from an HR perspective, including headcount planning, partnering with site on recruitment strategy and evaluating fit-for-future organisation structures Liaise with search consultants, recruitment companies, temp labor agencies including contractual matters Manage documentation for hiring. Employee Lifecycle and Training Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding. Assist in Training Needs Analysis, Training Plans and Training program Assist management in identifying ways to effectively use employee skills, provide training opportunities to enhance those skills and boost employee satisfaction, morale and productivity with their job and working conditions. Employee Relations and Employee Engagement Supports leaders to drive high performance culture. Coaches leaders to build an inclusive culture, including analysing employee engagement survey findings, supporting delivery of action plans to increase engagement and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Reports consolidation on HR analytics in APAC. Talent Retention and HR Projects Identifies and supports the development of key talent in the organisation to achieve their potential. Manage the full cycle performance review. Involve in HR projects for talent retention. Spearheads change initiatives to deliver business growth and progression. Identifies opportunities for improvement and acceleration of the organisation, develops solutions and leads the implementation to deliver impact. Requirements: Minimum Degree in Business/ Human Resources with 5-8 years of relevant HR Experiences with Strong HR management knowledge. Minimum 5 years' experience in related capacity preferably broad-based HR experience, managing headcount of 100 and above. Experiences with HRMS is highly advantageous Knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, policies and procedures. Working knowledge of country employment laws Ability to effectively communicate to audiences at all levels, both written and verbally. Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments. Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports. Organized individual and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Self- motivated with enthusiasm to learn and ability to function in a multi-tasking environment.
