Leading organisation in the technology sector is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner, up to SGD15,000/month.
Your new company
A growing market leader is currently looking for a HR Business Partner to be part of their team to provide support to senior management and employees. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.
Your new role
You will be part of the HR team as a HR Business Partner looking after end-to-end employee life cycle, providing advice on HR related issues, succession planning as well as talent management. You would be responsible for driving and championing HR functions/initiatives within the organisation. Additionally, you will be also be leading a small team.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
- Strong in HR strategic works and business partnering experiences
- Business partnering on all their people-related needs across the full spectrum of HR
- Independently manage stakeholders, performance discussion, manage year end appraisal
- Linking bridge between employees, CoEs and deliver value-added service to business.
