Senior Human Resource Officer
Job Description
Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day HR operations Support overseas HR operations Assist in employee engagement and wellness program Analyse, establish and review people programs, policies and practices to sustain positive ER from multiple levels of employee feedback Provide support in other areas of daily HR operations Brainstorming of new ideas and HR initiatives from conceptualizing to delivering of results Part of regional HR team and may be involved in HR projects and initiatives when needed Other ad-hoc duties as and when assignedRequirements Minimum Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management Possess at least 5 years of generalist experience in full spectrum of HR Experience in construction industry would be an advantage Experience in ASEAN emerging markets and able to converse in either Cambodia, Thailand or Myanmar language is advantageous Good command of English A hands-on person that is proactive and resourceful Well versed with MOM applications government guidelines and regulations
