Your Responsibilities

You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a pivotal part to play in the end-to-end implementation of Jedox products. You\'ll understand client business needs and use cases across a diverse customer portfolio, and empower our business partners to deliver top-tier projects to Jedox customers. We offer an array of services, including guided implementation, project management, and technical services.

Be a trusted advisor and contributing to the successful implementation of multiple functions across the organization. At Jedox, Customer Service is the key, we are looking for candidates that can work with a customer success mindset.

The ideal candidate is an individual who takes ownership and pride in their work, is eager to learn and grow, and is able to learn and demonstrate a mix of functional and technical skills.

  • Analyze and evaluate client requirements and business processes to identify appropriate solutions and best practices for implementation, while providing guidance based on leading practices that are applicable for the client
  • Lead the configuration and customization of Jedox to align with client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Work closely with project manager to develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of software implementations while managing project risks and issues.
  • Provide expert training and support to clients, both during and after the implementation process, to facilitate successful adoption and utilization of the solution.
  • Collaborate with product management, software development teams to address any technical issues or enhancements required for successful implementation, while contributing to the improvement of Jedox.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction, while mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to identify potential client opportunities and contribute to the development of proposals and presentations.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor\'s degree from recognised universities in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software implementation, project management, and client relationship management, with a track record of successful large-scale projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMI, etc.).
  • Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members, with a strong commitment to personal and team development.
