As a Senior / Inside Sales Engineer, you will work collaboratively alongside with the outside sales team as a technical /product advisor to customer. You will identify & understand the technical needs / requirements of our customers & provide reliable technical solutions to them, ensuring customer satisfaction.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to customer enquiries.
• Sizing and selecting the best fit model based on customer\'s process conditions.
• Provide reliable technical solutions / clarifications to customers.
• Providing and assisting in solving day to day technical application issues.
• Provide technical/product trainings to our customers.
• Maintain up to date proficient level of product knowledge and applications.
• Participates in technical and commercial clarification meetings with customers and internal team when required.
• Reviews customer orders and ensure timely and accurate order entry into the system.
• Interacts and communicates effectively with other functional teams as required.
• Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical or Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
• Strong basics in mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Possess at least 2 to 3 years\' of experience in the Application Engineering; Sizing and Selection of Pressure Safety Valves or Pressure regulators would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions of sale will be an advantage.
• Customer focus and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-orientation, accuracy and organizing skills.
• A team player with good interpersonal, communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities /expectations.
• Adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
