Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide continued support for the system after go-live, including reviewing Change Requests (CRs), preparing submissions for approvals, and managing CRs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure funding and appropriate resources are budgeted and included in work plans.
- Coordinate with work stream and project leads to report and document the status of various projects.
- Monitor and track the utilization of the department\'s IT budget.
- Manage and track system/device risks and any deviations; take appropriate mitigation actions.
- Lead the team to work with relevant stakeholders in establishing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with data governance.
- Degree in any discipline.
- At least 15 years of working experience.
- Prior experience in healthcare industry, business analysis, project coordination, communications or change management are added advantages.
- Able to drive strategy, design, implementation to deployment.
- Project management capabilities and experience in driving a cohesive team and cross teaming environment.
- Possess confidence to resonate with senior management leadership \xe2\x80\x93 internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
- Good analytical and organization skills.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
