Job Description


Title: Senior Legal AssistantJob Responsibilities

  • Provision of legal and corporate secretarial support to the Law Department in Singapore
  • Assistance with drafting and review of legal and corporate documentation
  • Legal research and other general administrative duties as required
  • Liaison and coordination with the global legal, corporate and operational departments, as well as with clients and service providers
  • In conjunction with the global corporate legal team, ensuring statutory compliance with and maintenance of legal and corporate secretarial records
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Law / Legal Studies or equivalent
  • Membership in a professional body for company secretaries / governance professionals would be an added advantage
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in both paralegal and corporate secretarial work
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player, well organised and exhibit good initiative
  • Willingness to learn, adopt and adapt to new challenges or methods of working
  • Be able to work well independently and with minimal supervision, meticulous and self-driven
  • Proficient in MS Office skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
