Kerry Consulting is working closely with a Tokyo Listed Investments Holdings Companies who is headquarterd here in Singapore and is looking to expand in the Asia Region. The group invests across a broad range of industries including but not limited to consumer good, food & beverages as well as management consulting. They are currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to be based here in Singapore to support the Group in its strategic initiatives and day to day corporate work.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Legal Counsel in the group, you will provide legal and compliance advise to the Group in relation to all mergers and acquisitions activities that the group is looking to undertake in the APAC region. You will partner and manage external counsels on these transactions and highlight any legal risks to the management on a timely basis.

You will draft and review a broad range of corporate commercial legal contracts and provide legal oversight to contract managers in the APAC region. You will help to maintain the Group policy frameork and guidelines to ensure consistency across the Group.

Requirements

You should be a qualified lawyer in any commonwealth jurisdiction with minimum 5-7 years PQE. Candidates with prior experience in managing Mergers and Acquisitions will have an advantage.
