You will manage key visitor touch points of the various gated attractions, as well as the transportation and mobility of the visitors within the Gardens. You will implement visitor management plans and processes, ensuring a pleasant and wholesome visitor management plans and processes, ensuring a pleasant and wholesome experience for all visitors. You will respond swiftly to incidents and emergencies and work closely with the business and events teams to facilitate programmes and events within the Gardens. You will also oversee the ticketing operations team and work with business units to attract new and repeat visitors through planning and implementing innovative ticketing and promotions.
