About the Senior Manager, B2B Sales & Account Management (renewable) Role: The Senior Manager holds a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business unit with a primary responsibility of guiding the team in client management and developing new business from sales opportunities across the APAC region. You will also be responsible for owning the sales strategy, troubleshooting issues and overseeing sales operations to ensure efficient and effective processes. Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the sales strategy and execute it to drive business growth and revenue
Use problem-solving skills to continuously refine and improve sales and acquisition methods whilst keeping up to speed with industry trends and best practices
Manage a team of B2B Sales and Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching and support whilst collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and feedback
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and ensure exceptional client service delivery by being a lead point of contact for all client account management matters
Develop new business and build a pipeline of leads to meet company objectives and identifying gaps for improvements
Proactively identify cross-sell and up-sell business opportunities from existing client portfolios, in line with monthly and annual targets
Review and manage internal client database to ensure accuracy and completeness
To succeed in the Senior Manager, B2B Sales & Account Management (renewable) role, you will need to have the ability to lead and mentor a team of managers whilst exceeding targets as well. Key Requirements:
Minimum of seven years\' work experience in sales or account management, comprising at least two years leading or managing a team of sales or account management
Prior experience in serving and managing relationships with business leaders across both big enterprises and SMEs, preferably in the corporate training space
Solid proficiency in project management and client relationship management methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills, execution skills and comfortable with fragmentation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
