All about the role:
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager for Consumable & Accessories (C&A) based in Singapore who can lead for APAC & MEA is to define the strategy, framework and drive on commercial execution for the product ownership post purchase journey along the 4 important phases i.e. onboarding, ongoing use, service & repair, and repurchase; in order to create the best in class branded ownership experience for consumers and to drive conversion of sales of C&A along the journey.
In this role you will support Electrolux\' journey to become a sustainable consumer experience innovation driven company. You ensure proper definition and coordination of all elements needed to deliver success in the transformational efforts to accelerate growth of our C&A business. You will be driving go to market strategy and take full ownership of C&A category P&L in this BA region.
This individual will take a strong leadership position to ensure that all APAC&MEA
C&A commercial plans are aligned with overall CDI (consumer direct interaction)\'s business plans and achievement of financial/profitability objectives within the Group and APAC&MEA. Always propose & explore new/additional commercial selling models such as subscription, affiliate, community selling model & etc. to leverage the commercial results.
